No stranger to the label having assumed mastering duties across several releases, Behrang Mohammadi touches down for his official Warning debut. It’s a deadly one-two punch as the Inkonst resident conjures DIY spirits on a typically idiosyncratic lathe cut 12", complete with a remix from OG Salon Des Amateurs resident Philipp Otterbach.

Original cut ‘Tears Only Fall From The Right Eye’ recalls Dutch darkwave innovator Das Ding at his strangest. Eerie retro-futurism awash in a sea of spatially-aware dub FX, Mohammadi summons his more explorative side with some hauntingly sparse, smudged. electro.

But where the original deployed dub sirens and swathes of reverb to mesmeric effect, Otterbach leans fully into his dubbiest inclinations. It’s the axis point where break-neck IDM pointillism, industrial heft and pure dread bassweight collide. Bone-rattling stuff.
